WHO THIS IS FOR
Barbers who have already done the work and hit a ceiling anyway. You can cut, you post, your book is decent — and you are watching people with worse hands get flown places. That gap is rarely a skill problem, and it is almost never fixed by more information.
The Go-To Method is that system written down. This is the same system with me in it — looking at your profile, your prices and your actual week, and telling you what to change.
Before you apply
Most barbers do not need this. If your chair still has gaps, the honest answer is The Go-To Method at €77 — it covers the ground this would cover, and you keep the difference. Apply when you have run it and want a second pair of eyes.
